Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


All items are custom printed when you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


• Incorrect size selected

• Incorrect color selected

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse


If in between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size, but the final decision is yours.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


To request a replacement:


Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order


Provide your order number


Provide clear photos showing the issue


Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement item free of charge.


LOST PACKAGES


If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.


If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.


REFUNDS


Refunds are only issued if:


• The item is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was shipped

• A replacement cannot be provided


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS


Orders may only be changed or canceled shortly after they are placed. Once production begins, we are unable to make modifications or cancel the order.
